Non-Returnable Items

✗Improper Storage: Products not stored according to specifications
✗Expired Return Window: Returns requested after 14 days from delivery

Return Process & Timeline

Receive Authorization (1-2 Business Days)

Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if approved.

Ship the Product (Within 7 Days)

Package the product securely with the RA number clearly marked. Ship using a trackable method.

Inspection & Refund (5-7 Business Days)

Once received, we'll inspect the product and process your refund to the original payment method.

Refund Information

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
• Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing
